We provide the Synergia calendar so that you can see at a glance what we are up to, and also so you can see if there might be available dates for your group. We do our best to keep the calendar updated, however, an open date on this calendar doesn’t necessarily mean that the date is available. Conversely, it is always a good idea to call us, even if it looks like we have no space available. You never know – sometimes we’re willing to give up a day off, sometimes a cancellation occurs. Things can change. Sometimes a program is scheduled and not written into the calendar right away. We can only schedule group programs over the phone – we need to have a conversation with you before we can provide a program for you. Registration for open enrollment programs (such as the Summer Adventure Course) are taken by application with deposit.
